Terms & Conditions
1. Quotations
Quotes are valid for 30 days and are based on measurements taken at a site visit.
2. Deposits & payment
A 30% deposit is required to confirm an order. The balance is due on completion of fitting.
3. Cancellations
Orders cancelled after materials are ordered may incur a charge for those materials.
4. Site preparation
The customer is responsible for clearing rooms unless furniture moving has been agreed. Subfloors must be dry and sound.
5. Warranty
Fitting is guaranteed for 12 months. Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer.
6. Liability
We are not liable for issues caused by pre-existing subfloor defects, moisture, or misuse.
